This is Kristy with her mum Tally in my Mum and Dad's back garden. I was living at home and commuting to my third year of college, contemplating dropping out and getting a job somewhere.

I was taking Kristy to dog training classes, which my sister was running, and one week, down the pub after one session, I was telling her about how I was going to do this. I said I'd look for something in computing because I was hacking around the college computers at that time. She nudged some guy in the back and said "Peter here works in computing, talk to him." So, thanks to this dog I got my start in my career.

 

She was there all the while Alison and I were dating and engaged...

...diving trips with college Sub-Aqua Club...

 

...she came on our honeymoon to the Lake District...

 

(People were amazed when we put her in the car to leave our reception)

...into our first rented house in Tooting, the first house we bought in Croydon, our second house in Camberely. She was there when our babies were born. She was there for the good times and the bad times.

We miss her.
