Ok, I may be a bit optimistic about me sorting the packages as they arrive.
700,000 signatures, one per package, over 150 days is 4666 packages per day! So the post-office is going to force me to pick up the mail myself!
Working 24 hours a day, I'd have 18 seconds per package to open, check, file in one of 58 piles...
Now of course, I'd love to have this problem. Clearly, if this takes off I'm going to have to organize a cadre of deputized proponents in the various counties who people can send petitions to for sorting, validation and eventually submission to the electoral officers of the county. I don't think its a problem to get 58 deputies in place. Heck, if I get this problem I'll be happy to hire paid help and a sorting office to do it.
Please, don't try and save us work by submitting your petition section directly to the country election officials! All petition sections in a county have to be submitted together at one time and only by the proponent or officially designated in writing representatives.
